Katsuya Inoura
Managing Director
Katsuya Inoura is the Founder and Managing Director of KX Capital Group.
Prior to founding the firm, served in principal investment roles at Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. (TSE: 7744), where he was responsible for sourcing and executing M&A transactions targeting companies ranging from mature to high-growth stages, as well as implementing post-merger integration (PMI) strategies. He was also involved in the IPO of its portfolio company, JMDC, Inc. (TSE: 4483), and served as an executive at its investment subsidiary to execute multiple M&A transactions. Throughout these roles, has led or engaged in more than 20 M&A transactions as a principal investor.
Earlier in his career, worked as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working on strategy formulation and implementation projects for multinational corporations. Began professional career as an attorney at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, one of Japan's leading law firms, engaging in Capital Markets and M&A transactions.
Graduated from Keio University and registered as an attorney at law in Japan in 2011.
Currently serves as an External Corporate Auditor at Laboro.AI, Inc. (TSE: 5586)
